What we collect
When you fill out the contact form on this site, we collect the name, email address, phone number and message you type in.
When you use the online booking form, we collect your first name, last name, email address and phone number, along with the date and time you select for your appointment.
If you check either SMS consent box in the booking form, we also record which boxes you checked and when, so we have a record of what you agreed to.
We do not collect payment card numbers, government ID numbers or any other sensitive personal information through this site.
Why we collect it
We use your contact form submission to reply to your enquiry. We use your booking form submission to schedule your appointment and to send you confirmation and reminder messages about that appointment. We do not use your information for any other purpose without your consent.
How we store it
The information you submit is stored in the business's customer-relationship system. Only the people who work at Voltframe Electric have access to it.
SMS and phone numbers
Phone numbers collected on this site, and any SMS consent you give, are used only to send messages to you. Phone numbers and SMS consent collected on this site are never sold, rented or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
If you opt in to transactional texts, we may send you appointment confirmations, reminders and service updates. If you separately opt in to marketing texts, we may send you occasional offers and news from Voltframe Electric. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts from us, or HELP for assistance.
Live chat
This site may include a live-chat widget operated by the business's messaging provider. Anything you type into that widget is received by that provider as well as by Voltframe Electric. The provider processes that data on our behalf to deliver the chat service.

Forms on this site are served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, so the information you type travels securely between your browser and our servers. Once received, your data is held in the business's password-protected customer-relationship system. Access is limited to the people who work at Voltframe Electric.
